By accessing and using CVDesign ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CVDesign provides an AI-powered CV and cover letter builder service. We offer both one-time purchases and subscription plans that allow users to create, edit, and download professional CVs and cover letters.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Pricing and Payment

One-Time Purchases:

  • CV Only: $4 / €3
  • Cover Letter Only: $4 / €3
  • Bundle (CV + Cover Letter): $7 / €5

Subscriptions:

  • 2-Week Pro: $11 / €10
  • Monthly Pro: $15 / €14
  • 3-Month Pro: $30 / €28
  • 6-Month Pro: $55 / €52

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are not available after you have downloaded your CV or cover letter.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create using our Service. CVDesign retains all rights to the Service itself, including templates, software, and AI technology. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our templates for commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

8. User Content

You are responsible for the content you input into our Service. You agree not to:

  • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses

9. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses AI to optimize and improve your CV content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions should be reviewed and verified by you. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

CVDesign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to job application outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction where CVDesign operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
